Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in related field.
• At least 5-8 years of practical experience in assembly process sustaining & development.
• Strong knowledge in TPM pillars, toolings care strategy, and resource management.
• Able to lead, coach, and motivate engineers and technicians.
• Enforces discipline, safety compliance, and maintenance standards.
• Communicates effectively in both oral and written form.
• Able to work confidently with diverse cultures and global networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers to achieve maintenance, quality, and equipment performance goals.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM pillars and maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate planning of maintenance activities and optimize resource utilization.
• Mentor, coach, and train technicians for technical capability and career growth.
• Apply root-cause analysis, Lean concepts, and reliability-based methods to reduce chronic losses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, health, and environmental requirements.
