Job summary

B. Braun Medical Ind. Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Maintenance Reliability to lead maintenance strategies and reliability improvements across a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will develop and implement PM, PdM, TPM, and RCFA/RCM programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven uptime improvements with CMMS/EAM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related engineering.
• 5–10 years in maintenance/reliability.
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve maintenance strategies (PM, PdM, TPM).
• Conduct asset criticality and reliability assessments.
• Perform RCMM/RCFA studies to drive improvements.
• Lead FMEA, RCFA, and trend analyses for reliability.
• Optimize preventive maintenance tasks and job plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and EHS.
