Job summary

We are looking for a professional M&E Technical Engineer to manage full-cycle technical support, on-site construction guidance and engineering management of M&E projects. The role covers electrical systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection, and intelligent electromechanical systems, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery with the project team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or above in related engineering, 3+ years of on-site technical management experience, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in M&E related engineering majors.
• More than 3 years of on-site technical management experience.
• Familiar with electrical, HVAC, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient with national M&E specifications and processes.
• Skilled in CAD, BIM and drawing software.
• Able to review drawings and provide on-site guidance.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review and optimize M&E construction schemes and plans.
• Provide on-site technical guidance for equipment installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with design institutes and owners for optimization.
• Track progress and supervise implementation of technical schemes.
• Inspect and accept completed electromechanical works.
• Coordinate with owners, design units, supervision units and suppliers.
