Job summary

Master Jaya Corporation is seeking a Site Supervisor responsible for guiding site workers and subcontractors in installation and erection tasks. You will monitor site activities, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of site supervision experience, be able to communicate well in English and Malay, and have a diploma or certificate in a relevant engineering field.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on site supervision experience.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide clear instructions.
Strong supervisory skills in managing site workers and subcontractors.
Practical knowledge of installation, repair, servicing, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead site workers on installation and erection works.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion.
Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems.
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
