Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Mechatronics.
1–3 years in M&E site execution or supervision.
CIDB Green Card registration.
Safety certifications/training (SSS, HIRARC, JSA preparation).
Proficient in project scheduling and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site installation activities and safety compliance.
Develop detailed site installation plans and daily schedules.
Prepare pre-site and safety documentation (JSA, JMS, HIRARC).
Plan equipment, machinery, and manpower; coordinate with Project Engineer.
Monitor progress, log non-conformances, and report weekly.
