Job summary

VODEX TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead projects from planning through to completion. You will set objectives, timelines, and budgets while directing project teams to meet quality targets and deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 8–10 years of M&E project management experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, fluent Malay and English, and willingness to travel locally are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in M&E project management.
• Required skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall execution of M&E projects from planning to completion.
• Establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Approve or recommend major project expenditures where required.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding commercial and contractual issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor overall project progress and resolve major project issues.
• Monitor implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
