Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleanroom and process utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process utilities.
• Review 3D/BIM models with other trades to avoid clashes in tight spaces.
• Review drawings and submittals from subcontractors before work proceeds.
• Oversee installation on site and ensure work matches drawings and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and ISO 14644 cleanroom standards.
• Track schedule and progress, flag delays, coordinate manpower, report to project manager.
• Liaise with designers, subcontractors, client facilities team, and authorities.

Coordinate all mechanical & electrical works on construction of a semiconductor factory project — from design coordination through installation, testing, and handover — ensuring systems meet the strict cleanliness, reliability, and safety standards fabs require.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate M&E works across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process utility systems (UPW, PCW, chilled water, compressed air, gases, chemical delivery, exhaust)

Review 3D/BIM models with other trades to avoid clashes, especially in tight ceiling and sub-fab spaces

Review drawings & submittals from subcontractors before work proceeds

Oversee installation on site — check work matches drawings and quality standards

Ensure compliance with safety codes, cleanroom standards (ISO 14644), and hazardous material regulations

Track schedule & progress — flag delays, coordinate manpower, report to project manager

Liaise with designers, subcontractors, client facilities team, and authorities

About you
