Job summary

BJC Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics-focused professional to develop and implement transportation strategies, oversee daily operations, and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will manage inventory, coordinate with internal teams, and drive efficiency in a food manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–4 years of logistics experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, and OHSAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, OHSAS, and security policies.
• Strong mentoring, leadership, and people management skills.
• Experience in warehouse security programs and vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient, cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Negotiate with vendors and carriers for competitive rates and services.
• Supervise daily logistics operations.
• Coordinate with superiors to move goods for timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory and shipping documents.
• Track shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers.
• Analyze and improve logistics processes for efficiency.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics.
