Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking an Executive - Supply Chain (Logistics & Operations) to oversee logistics activities in Malaysia, including coordinating truck maintenance for petroleum products. The role ensures timely loading, transit, and delivery, and maintains GPS reports for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of truck maintenance.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Logistics activities, including coordinating truck maintenance for petroleum products in Malaysia.
• Loading, transit and delivery time are arrived timely as scheduled.
• Ensure GPS reports are in good order.
• Prepare daily routes transport arrangement.
• Responsible for transport operations and process improvement for higher efficiency.
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with transporters.
• Ensure all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients and respond to their requirements.
