Job summary

EHH Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Lead to oversee end-to-end supply chain, procurement, warehouse, logistics and customer fulfilment for a growing food manufacturing operation in Malaysia.

You will develop supply plans, monitor inventory and supplier performance, drive cost optimizations and coordinate across production, logistics and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry.
• Strong experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics management.
• Good leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple departments and manage operational priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics & Customer Fulfilment operations.
• Develop supply planning and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
• Monitor inventory, supplier performance, procurement costs and logistics efficiency.
• Oversee customer order fulfilment, delivery performance and operational issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide Management with regular updates on supply, inventory, procurement, logistics, costs and operational risks.
