The role leads end-to-end logistics and trade operations across global sourcing markets, including Europe, Singapore, China and Hong Kong, with a focus on building scalable processes and strong compliance. Qualifications

Logistics degree and minimum 5 years of import/export experience.
Extensive knowledge of import regulations, customs clearance, and international shipping.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills; proactive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end import and export logistics operations across regional markets with compliance and performance standards.
Prepare and review import/export shipping documents for ocean, air, and land freight.
Collaborate with local forwarders to facilitate customs clearance and stay updated on regulations.
Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues; coordinate with Export Sales and other departments.
Manage duties, taxes, and exemptions for import/export items.
Develop and continually improve standard operating procedures and mitigate risks in the logistics process.
