Port of Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Senior Executive, Logistics to support warehousing efficiency, cost optimization, and customs compliance. You will manage documentation for inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with authorities and partners.

Key duties include handling K1 forms, receipts and invoices, coordinating with customs officers and freight forwarders, and monitoring ERP flowcharts. You will also manage HS codes and tax exemptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
• 3–5 years of logistics management experience.
• Leadership and independence required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound/outbound goods per procurement SOP.
• Ensure proper documentation (K1 forms, receipts, invoices) maintained.
• Coordinate quarterly meetings with customs officers and freight forwarders.
• Identify and develop partnerships with freight forwarders or courier services.
• Monitor logistics performance and ERP flowcharts; ensure timely PR issuance for transport costs.
• Identify suitable HS codes and manage tax exemptions (MOF applications, Form E, MJFTA).
• Ensure logistics invoices (trucking, SST, courier) are paid on time.
• Support Warehouse Admin in updating IQMS and staff timesheets; participate in warehouse meetings.
