Arche Digital Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Executive for its Human Livestream Team to drive operational excellence and lead execution for regional campaigns. You will mentor a broadcast team, optimize workflows, and act as the senior operational lead for live commerce initiatives.

Role requires 3+ years in live production or live e-commerce operations, deep technical knowledge of OBS and vMix, and familiarity with TikTok Live and Shopee Live. The environment is data-driven and fast-paced.

• Experience mentoring or supervising teams.
• Strong technical familiarity with OBS, vMix, and major platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of Livestream Executives to ensure accountability and excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Direct operational execution across scheduling, resources, and talent coordination.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for equipment, OBS configurations, and emergency workflows.
• Serve as senior technical lead during live broadcasts, resolving hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate production calendars with creative, regional leads, and engineering teams.
• Implement QA standards to ensure high-quality, brand-safe broadcasts.
• Analyze multi-channel performance data to suggest optimization.
• Oversee inventory and procurement of streaming hardware.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive for our Human Livestream Team to drive operational excellence and lead execution for our high-growth live commerce service. This role is perfect for a data-driven, technical professional ready to mentor broadcast teams, optimize workflows, and serve as the senior operational lead for regional campaigns.

What You'll Do

Guide, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Livestream Executives, cultivating a culture of strict accountability, operational excellence, and continuous professional growth.

Monitor, evaluate, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), leading structured performance check-ins and delivering actionable coaching to enhance overall team capability.

Direct operational execution across scheduling, resource distribution, and talent coordination to ensure flawless end-to-end management of regional human-led livestream broadcasts.

Establish, refine, and enforce comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering equipment calibration, OBS configurations, host preparation, and emergency workflow protocols.

Serve as the senior technical lead and escalation point during live broadcasts, decisively resolving complex hardware, software, and audio/video issues in real time.

Coordinate master live production calendars in close alignment with creative, talent, regional market leads, and technical engineering teams from strategy through to execution.

Implement stringent Quality Assurance (QA) standards to guarantee consistently superior production quality, fidelity, and brand-safe delivery across every broadcast.

Analyze multi-channel stream performance metrics, translating raw commercial and technical data into strategic optimization recommendations for key internal stakeholders.

Oversee inventory, maintenance, and procurement of specialized streaming hardware to maintain peak operational readiness.

Who You Are

3+ years of proven hands‑on experience in live production, broadcasting, or live e‑commerce operations, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory capacity.

Deep technical mastery of live streaming software (OBS, vMix), broadcast hardware systems, and major platform ecosystems including TikTok Live and Shopee Live.

Highly analytical and process-driven professional capable of managing multi-variable projects and leveraging data analytics to optimize stream performance.

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, equipped with the resilience, adaptability, and agility to excel under high-pressure live broadcasting environments.

Nice To Have

Direct operational expertise working within live-streaming platform headquarters (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) or leading Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs).

Background in talent management, host development, or broadcast coaching.
