Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia seeks a Training Manager to plan, design, organize and evaluate managerial and staff training programs in support of strategic initiatives. You will develop core curricula, implement evaluation tools, coach leaders and ensure ISO procedures are followed.

You will deliver classroom training, maintain training records, and collaborate with functional management to identify development needs and measure impact on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; and one to three years experience in Training capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs within the organization.
• Identify critical skills for each functional/managerial position.
• Develop and implement a core curriculum of supervisory training.
• Deliver classroom training and coaching sessions.
• Create and maintain training records and data in the training database with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and department procedures.
• Assess organizational effectiveness and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with strategic initiatives.
