Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of industrial management experience, a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, and a proven track record in time-study analysis and production layout design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Process/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in industrial management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team experience.
• Experience with time-study and production layout optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean-waste identification program for the plant.
• Oversee Engineers and Technicians; provide training and direction.
• Conduct time study analyses to identify bottlenecks.
