Job summary

ESCATEC Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Engineer, Lean and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead Kaizen events, identify waste, and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives in our electronics mechatronics environment.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a proven ability to manage multiple Kaizen projects while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a mechatronics or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by leading Kaizen activities.
• Identify and eliminate waste using Lean tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Lead Kaizen events, document outcomes, and form cross-functional teams.
• Support Lean Manufacturing implementation and ESG initiatives.
