Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst III / Sr Lean Engineer to drive lean initiatives and operational excellence. You will lead Kaizen events, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and coordinate Digital Factory projects across departments.

The role emphasizes planning savings, standardizing CI processes, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to improve efficiency and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with TEOA, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Experience in digital transformation or factory automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual savings projects, including Digital Value Creation Projects, within the relevant department through value stream analysis, and track cost savings and measurable results.
• Drive financial savings through Kaizen project implementation and coordination, and lead and facilitate Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Promote a continuous improvement (CI) culture by applying LEAN tools, including Digital Factory initiatives, through Kaizen projects and foster an operational excellence culture.
• Standardize CI value stream transformation processes through Kaizen project implementation, CIP programme deployment, and standard work documentation.
• Deploy Digital Factory-related tools and coordinate projects to ensure successful implementation.
