Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for thermal design, simulation analysis and test validation for electronic products, with preference for network/storage/server thermal design.
• Liquid cooling product development experience is preferred.
• Design robust thermal solutions to meet product specs and cooperate with software team on fan speed control.
• Provide thermal simulation analysis from board to system chassis level to verify feasibility/risk.
• Document thermal test plans and perform thermal, air flow/impedance, acoustic measurements.
• Interface with a multi-disciplinary group to define system requirements and design products.
• Collaborate with heat sink and air mover vendors to manage cost, quality and functionality.
• Work with function teams to identify root causes of system failure.
