Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in thermal design for electronics cooling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own thermal design for products from modeling to manufacturing transfer.
• Perform thermal simulations and analysis from chip to system level.
• Evaluate heat transfer hardware options, costs, and integration.
• Conceive and implement liquid and air cooling solutions to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and thermal architects to define system requirements.
• Conduct hands-on lab tests and document test plans for design validation.
