Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field and strong fundamentals in heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
• Significant experience in thermal design for electronic products and related testing.
• Experience with thermal simulations, modeling, and lab validation.

Responsibilities

• Own thermal design for electronic products from modeling, design, test, to transfer to manufacturing.
• Conduct thermal simulations, post-processing, and analysis from chip to facility level.
• Maintain awareness of heat transfer hardware and its cost and integration potential.
• Conceive and implement improvements to heat transfer hardware and cooling strategies.
• Apply best-in-class fluid flow geometry to cool high heat flux components.
