Job summary

SNSoft SDN BHD is seeking a mid-level QA Engineer to own the testing of a product area end to end—planning it, testing it, automating it, and standing behind what goes live.

Our QA team leads in AI-powered testing and builds tooling that drafts test plans and cases from requirements, runs the tests, and reports bugs. The engineer reviews and approves work before shipping, balancing developer and tester perspectives.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on software testing experience
• Experience owning a module end to end
• Ability to write and maintain test plans and cases
• Familiarity with UI and API automated testing
• Comfortable with AI-assisted testing workflows

Responsibilities

• Review requirements with product owners and developers and record decisions.
• Write test plans with AI tooling and own the test cases.
• Build and maintain automated UI and API tests and repair them as needed.
• Run progression, regression, API, and stress tests with automation-first approach.
• Conduct test readiness checks and ensure builds/data are ready for release.
• Report defects with steps and evidence and retest fixes.
• Publish test reports for each release and track remaining risks.
