Job summary
Conquest Analytical Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive revenue in Penang, Selangor, and Johor by identifying opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships in universities, labs, and facilities.
The role requires deep understanding of analytical instruments and lab consumables, with a focus on tailoring solutions to scientific workflows and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in scientific or life sciences industries; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Prospect new clients and nurture existing accounts through site visits and consultations.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and workshops for scientists and procurement teams.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals and pricing quotations; assist in tenders.
- Analyze customer workflows to recommend tailored hardware, software, and consumables.
- Monitor market trends and report insights to management via CRM tools.
- Coordinate with service teams for installation, training and support.
