Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT professional to provide L2 application support for .NET and Java based systems. You will handle incidents and service requests from business users and work closely with the development team to identify resolutions.

You will monitor production systems, perform root-cause analysis and ensure proper incident/problem/change management. Experience with BMC Remedy or ServiceNow and batch tools (Autosys/Control-M) is preferred; on-call

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on application L2 support in .NET and Java environments.
• Experience with Windows, Unix or Linux platforms.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application support to various business users and promptly attend to queries and requests.
• Resolve incidents to meet service level targets; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify resolutions and transition releases into production.
• Support DR/BCM activities and capacity management; maintain logs for incidents and changes.
