Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, SCM, logistics or related.
• 3–5 years in SCM/logistics/JIT operations.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing or trading preferred.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Detail oriented in fast-moving environments.
• Willing to travel locally or overseas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor customer orders and forecasts.
• Coordinate stock planning based on demand, warehouse capacity and delivery schedules.
• Handle purchasing and ensure sufficient stock.
• Follow up with suppliers on status, stock and delivery.
• Coordinate daily JIT deliveries according to requirements.
• Communicate orders and delivery changes with customers.
• Coordinate sales administration and invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with suppliers to maintain a stable supply chain.
• Identify issues and support supply chain improvement initiatives.
