Job summary

You will participate in requirements analysis, systems design, and coordinate with business teams, PMO, SMEs to deliver technical solutions while ensuring security and compliance. The role focuses on production support and lifecycle improvements within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology
• 6+ years of experience in IT Enterprise Applications in financial environments
• Experience with Java EE, Spring, JSF, J2EE, and WebSphere on Unix/AIX
• Strong SQL and ORM knowledge
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Application lifecycle management: development, implementation, support and maintenance of assigned applications
• System analysis, design, development, reporting, amendments and enhancements
• Decide on technical approaches for system enhancements
• Propose enhancements to improve performance
• Requirements analysis & stakeholder management
• Liaise with users to define requirements and with vendors for technical requirements
• Provide options/recommendations for software solutions
• Ensure systems meet functional specifications and security controls
• Production support and incident management
• Assist in technical solution development with PMO/ SME teams
• Document development and processes per bank standards
• Incorporate risk controls per Information Security guidelines
