Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst in Information Technology to join our IOI City, Putrajaya office. The role focuses on local IT daily activities, incident management, and providing technical support for events and equipment deployment.

The position requires 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor degree, and knowledge of banking/asset servicing domains. You will work within a team dedicated to high-quality IT service delivery across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of minimal experience.
• Basic knowledge of the banking/investment fund business.
• Basic knowledge of scripting.

Responsibilities

• Performs Local IT daily activities as per checklist.
• Local IT support daily activities: incident resolution escalated by IT Helpdesk.
• Manage incidents/service requests related to hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for events and meeting room setups.
• Asset management and inventory tracking.
• Ensure production environment facilities are maintained and compliant.
