Job summary

The Dyson Institute seeks an IT Service Continuity Senior Analyst to develop, govern, maintain, test, and report ITSCM capabilities across the organisation. You will ensure recovery arrangements are documented and aligned to business resilience objectives, working with service owners, technology teams, suppliers, and cyber security stakeholders.

You will lead annual testing, drive remediation of gaps, maintain recovery plans, and deliver management information and dashboards to support decision

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global enterprise IT service continuity experience.
• Disaster recovery planning and testing expertise.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
