Job summary

Dyson is seeking an IT Service Continuity Senior Analyst to develop, govern, maintain and continually improve ITSCM capabilities. You will ensure documented, tested, and maintainable recovery arrangements align with business recovery objectives and resilience requirements.

You will collaborate with service owners, technology teams, suppliers, cyber security and business continuity stakeholders to maintain recovery readiness throughout the service lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years global enterprise accountability in IT Service Continuity Management.
• Disaster Recovery planning and testing experience.
• Exposure to technology operations and service management.
• Experience in Business Continuity Management environments.
• Managing resilience and recovery programmes.
• Conducting continuity assessments and gap analyses.
• Supporting audit and compliance activities.
• Working with critical technology services and infrastructure.
• Supplier management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IT Service Continuity Management framework.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and service recovery testing.
• Maintain recovery planning and governance activities.
• Produce continuity reporting and management information.
• Support Business Impact Assessment activities.
• Manage continuity risks and remediation plans.
• Facilitate recovery exercises and scenario testing.
• Engage suppliers on continuity requirements.
• Drive operational resilience improvements.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.
• Promote continuity awareness and best practices.
