Job summary

Dyson Institute seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery within Dyson's IT organization. You will define and document software requirements, work with stakeholders to gather and validate needs, and support training and user adoption across eCommerce and CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, mapping processes, and driving continuous improvements within Scrum teams while ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or CRM domain
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM and SAP Hybris is advantageous
• Experience implementing using Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis capabilities
• Professional qualifications in Business Analysis would add value

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes from stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Break down complex business problems into Epics, User Stories and Business Requirements
• Develop process maps and models to enhance clarity and efficiency
• Support full project lifecycle including development, testing and business change
• Act as internal consultant and champion for BA practices within the team
• Create training materials and user guides to support end-user adoption
• Lead post-go-live support and identify opportunities for system enhancements
• Drive continuous improvement within agile ceremonies and ways of working
