Dyson is seeking an IT Service Continuity Manager to govern and improve continuity across critical IT services. You will own recovery framework, define objectives, and coordinate tests with platform, application, and supplier teams while providing executive visibility into risks and progress.

You will work with governance, risk, cyber security, and enterprise IT leadership to ensure rapid response and priority service recovery during major disruptions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading IT service continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience programs in large organisations.
• Strong governance, risk, audit, and compliance capabilities with evidence reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple technology domains and senior stakeholders.

• Define and maintain recovery plans, objectives, and testing schedules.
