Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and govern programs from initiation to closure, following the DKSH Group IT Project Methodology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid approaches, plus stakeholder management and rigorous documentation. A PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects across functions and geographies.
• Strong knowledge of project governance and documentation.
• Professional certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• Industry experience in healthcare, consumer goods, logistics or distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver IT projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Plan projects across scope, timeline, cost, and quality; obtain approvals to commence execution.
• Develop mandatory artifacts: Business Case, Project Charter, Project Plan, Test Plan, Lessons Learned.
