Job summary

Enovix Corporation is seeking a Senior Principal Software Developer, IT/OT (MES & Factory Systems) to lead design, development, and governance of mission-critical software that links enterprise IT with industrial OT environments. You will shape architecture, build scalable services in Python/Django, and drive AI-enabled manufacturing analytics across MES and factory systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of programming/development experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with MES, IT/OT convergence, and factory-system integrations.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement distributed systems and solution designs for manufacturing operations.
Own MES integrations with SCADA, ERP, PLM platforms; design edge-to-cloud data flows.
Develop AI/ML features for predictive quality analytics and process optimization.
Lead DevOps practices, CI/CD, and reliability engineering for industrial deployments.
Provide governance and documentation across the software lifecycle.
Support production systems with incident response and RCA actions.
