Job summary

Enovix is seeking a highly experienced Staff IT, Cybersecurity & OT Security to strengthen the security of enterprise IT systems, manufacturing environments, applications, infrastructure and data.

The role combines hands-on technical work with risk assessment, control design, monitoring and incident response across IT and OT domains, collaborating with IT, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, products, legal and business teams to embed security into system design and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience securing enterprise IT networks, endpoints, servers, apps, identity and cloud.
• Strong threat modeling, attack techniques, and defense-in-depth knowledge.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, network detection, vulnerability management, and log management.
• Incident investigation including containment and root-cause analysis.
• Strong network security knowledge (firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, DNS, proxies).
• Experience with risk assessments, architecture reviews, and third-party reviews.
• IAM, privileged access, and least privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security engineering and architecture reviews across IT, cloud, network, and OT initiatives.
• Embed security controls throughout the technology lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor security events, logs, and threat intelligence; improve detection and response.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation coordination with system owners.
• Coordinate incident response for IT, cloud, application, network, and OT incidents.
• Assess third-party security and governance; support audits and regulatory assessments.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, playbooks, and standards.
