Job summary

Westports is seeking a Senior IT Executive - Infrastructure Operation to oversee IT infrastructure, security, and user support. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in network admin, server management, and ISMS compliance.

You will coordinate with vendors, drive incident resolution, and implement improvements to ensure reliable IT services across the organization. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS with 3+ years in similar roles is desired.

SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE - INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATION

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing exceptional technical support to end-users.

Education & Qualification

A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and working understanding of ITSM/ITIL.

Proficiency in server administration, network management, operating systems, storage, virtualization, Database and backup system.

Experience in Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Skill & Requirements

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams effectively.

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards.

Previous involvement in managing IT projects, from planning to execution.

Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Experience in managing relationships with vendors and partners for hardware, software, and services.

Skill in identifying process inefficiencies and proposing enhancements for better operational efficiency.

Ability to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
