Job summary

PRIORITY BONDED WAREHOUSE SDN BHD is seeking an IT support professional in Penang to provide on-site and remote assistance across hardware, software, network, and IT services. The role includes maintaining assets, managing access, and supporting system deployments and upgrades.

The candidate will monitor servers, network performance, and backups while ensuring information security best practices. A Diploma/Degree in IT and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT support, system administration, or IT operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, backups, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, network, and IT issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, system access, email accounts, and permissions.
• Monitor servers, network, Wi‑Fi, connectivity, and backups; uphold cybersecurity basics.
• Coordinate with vendors; obtain quotations; manage renewals and licenses.
• Implement and support software deployments, upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
