Job summary

Standard Chartered is recruiting a Senior Manager of Technology Controls Testing to execute testing of key IT controls across the bank’s critical IT systems and regulatory frameworks. The role supports control assurance, financial reporting integrity, and resilience, providing planning, execution, reporting, and governance while advocating best practices for IT controls testing.

The position can be based in India or Malaysia, with flexible working options and exposure to regulatory and risk

Qualifications

• IT / Technology Audit experience across IT environments.
• Experience in IT risk management and control testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute a consistent, sustainable technical controls testing framework for critical IT systems.
• Provide timely control testing MI to risk forums and stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with risk frameworks and policies (e.g. ERMF and O&T RTF).
• Support remediation actions for identified control weaknesses; track remediation progress.
