Job summary

RiDiK, a global technology solutions provider and subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation, is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to drive end-to-end IT application projects. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

You will gather, analyze, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, assess risks, and support successful delivery while strengthening stakeholder relationships across Asia

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong IT background with IT application projects.
• Proven experience supporting or managing end-to-end IT project delivery.
• Experience across different types of IT projects is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery of IT application projects.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and actionable solutions.
• Participate in project discussions, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Assess project requirements, risks, and potential impacts.
