Job summary

Mewah Group, a leading integrated agri-business focused on edible oils and fats, seeks a Senior Analyst, IT - Developments & Operations to drive enterprise application development and support. You will coordinate with HQ, factories, and subsidiaries to optimize data consolidation, analytics, and digital initiatives across the group.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise IT, strong ERP and Power Platform experience, and familiarity with CI/CD, IT governance, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise application development and support
• Experience in ERP systems, Power Platform, or custom business applications
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall environments
• Exposure to vendor management, UAT, and end-user training
• Knowledge of CI/CD, SDLC, and release management processes

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and enhancing enterprise applications and business solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and support application enhancements based on business requirements.
• Support convergence between HQ, factories, and subsidiaries for data consolidation and digital analytics.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and user guidance for effective system use.
• Coordinate with users and vendors for requirements gathering, UAT, training, and delivery.
• Support IT security policies, SOPs, SLAs, and governance initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in incident, problem, and change management.
