Job summary

Tsing Digital Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage disciplinary matters, grievances, and attendance issues, ensuring compliant handling of IR/ER cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years of IR/ER experience.
• Hands-on DI experience and DI proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, misconduct, absenteeism, attendance issues and workplace disputes.
• Prepare Show Cause Letters, Warning Letters, Suspension Letters, Termination Letters and other IR/ER-related documents.
• Conduct disciplinary investigations, gather evidence and recommend appropriate actions.
• Handle Domestic Inquiry (DI) proceedings, including preparation of charge sheets, coordination of DI panels and inquiry reports.
• Liaise with JTKSM and JPPM on labour complaints, industrial relations disputes, conciliation proceedings and related matters.
• Provide advice and guidance to management and Operations teams on employee relations, disciplinary procedures and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation, confidential case records and IR/ER reports.
