Job summary

Ouji Seiyaku (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR professional to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters in line with Malaysian employment law and company policies.

The role involves handling grievances, conducting disciplinary investigations, and preparing warning documentation while liaising with JTK/IR Department and managing the IRIS system. A strong grounding in Malaysian labour regulations and hands-on IR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR/ER/IR experience, preferably with hands-on experience managing disciplinary and employee relations cases.
• Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant labour regulations.
• Proven experience in handling employee grievances, misconduct cases, disciplinary investigations, show-cause letters, warning letters and termination cases.
• Hands-on experience in industrial relations matters, including labour disputes, conciliation/mediation and liaising with JTK/JPP or other relevant authorities.
