Tap Growth ai is seeking a Network Engineer to commission, operate, and troubleshoot IP RAN and data communication systems. The role focuses on IP/MPLS networks, routers and switches, and collaboration with customers and NOC teams to maintain high service quality.

The candidate will diagnose complex faults, provide technical guidance, and contribute to RCA/PIR reports, with emphasis on leadership and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IPRAN/IP network experience including IP/MPLS, routers and switches.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VLAN, QoS.
• Advanced fault troubleshooting to resolve complex network faults.
• Experience in network O&M, monitoring, configuration checks, preventive maintenance.
• Experience working with telecom operators and NOC teams.
• Ability to prepare RCA/PIR and technical reports.
• Preferred: TM or YTL IPRAN/IP network experience.
• Technical leadership to guide junior engineers.
• Excellent English communication with customers.
• Strong problem solving and ability to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the commissioning,maintenance, and troubleshooting of IPRAN & Data Communicationequipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical andengineering issues during project implementation and network operation.
• Provide technical training andguidance on IPRAN & Data Communication products and solutions.
• Coordinate with customers andsubcontractors to ensure project quality, timely delivery, and customersatisfaction.
• Ensure the stability, reliability,and continuous operation of IPRAN & Data Communication networks.

Key requirements:

• IPRAN / IP Network Experience - Solid hands-on experience in IPRAN, IP/MPLS, routers and switches,including network operation, maintenance, deployment and technical support.
• Routing & Switching - Strong knowledge and practical experience in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS,L2/L3 VPN, VLAN, QoS and Ethernet.
• Advanced Fault Troubleshooting -Able to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex network faults,including routing issues, packet loss, latency, link failures, interfaceproblems, service interruptions and network connectivity issues.
• Network O&M - Experience in network monitoring, alarm analysis, configurationchecking, performance analysis, preventive maintenance, network optimizationand service recovery. NMS/EMS experience is an advantage.
• Customer & NOC Support - Able to work directly with telecom operators, NOC, field engineers andproject teams to handle major faults and drive issues to closure.
• RCA / PIR & TechnicalReporting - Able to prepare and lead RCA/PIR, faultreports, technical analysis and troubleshooting reports, and provide cleartechnical explanations to customers.
• TM / YTL Experience – Highly Preferred - Relevant TM or YTL IPRAN, IP network, datacommunication or transmission network experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Leadership - Able to provide technical guidance to junior engineers, coordinatetroubleshooting activities and take ownership of complex technical issues.
• Communication & CustomerManagement - Good English communication skills and theability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
