DCH Auriga Malaysia is seeking an experienced Manager, Inventory Management to lead the Inventory Management team across Demand Planning, S&OP, and Supply Strategy within the healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain. The role emphasizes forecast accuracy, working capital optimization, and strong stakeholder relationships.

The position requires hands-on S&OP capabilities, Leadership of a cross-functional team, and experience with ERP systems such as JDE.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or related roles.
• Hands-on S&OP experience is a MUST.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or similar platforms.
• Pharma/healthcare, life sciences, FMCG, or distribution experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly S&OP and demand review meetings.
• Develop and manage demand forecasts using data, market intelligence, and business assumptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Distribution Centre, Finance, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain for forecast accuracy and alignment.
• Drive product lifecycle planning, including launches and packaging changes.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage inventory planning, procurement, inbound shipments, and product availability.
• Optimize inventory levels to improve service and reduce holding costs.
• Monitor inventory reconciliation, provisions, write-offs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure ERP planning parameters and master data are accurate.
• Establish SLAs with warehousing and distribution partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Management team.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement culture.
