Job summary

Initia International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead concept development and execution of interior spaces across INITIA's F&B and lifestyle brands.

You will coordinate with project management, operations, construction teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs align with brand identity, quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Photoshop, and strong space planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, technical drawings, materials, and construction coordination.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Salary Range: RM 5,000 - RM 9,000 per month

Working Days: 5 days a week

JOB SUMMARY / JOB OVERVIEW:

The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for leading the conceptualization, design development, and execution of innovative interior spaces across INITIA's F&B and lifestyle brands. This role requires strong design expertise, project coordination, and the ability to oversee multiple projects from concept development to site execution. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with project management, operations, construction teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all designs align with brand identity, functional requirements, quality standards, project timelines, and budget expectations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and present interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, and 2D/3D renderings.

Prepare and review technical drawings, design presentations, and material specifications.

Coordinate with project, operations, construction teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Oversee site inspections and ensure design quality and consistency during implementation.

Manage multiple design projects, timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Resolve design and site-related issues and provide guidance to junior designers where applicable.

Korean-speaking ability is an advantage.
