Job summary

FSD INTERIOR CONSULTANT SDN BHD in Johor Bahru is seeking an Interior Designer to focus on space planning, 3D visualization, and technical and construction drawings. This position suits a Junior or Mid-Level designer with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong skills in design and drawing.

You will develop concepts, create 3D models using SketchUp and Enscape, prepare technical drawings with AutoCAD, and ensure drawings align with site measurements and reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in SketchUp and Enscape.
• Able to use AutoCAD or equivalent software to prepare technical drawings.
• Good attention to dimensions, proportions and drawing accuracy.
• Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with the design and project teams.
• Responsible, organised and able to manage assigned tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Interior Designer to focus on space planning, 3D visualisation, and technical and construction drawings.

This position is suitable for a Junior or Mid-Level Interior Designer with minimum 1 year or above of relevant experience and a good foundation in design and drawing skills.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of interior design, takes responsibility for their work, and follows through on drawing revisions and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop design concepts, mood boards and space planning layouts.

Prepare 3D models, rendered visuals and design presentations using SketchUp and Enscape.

Prepare technical and construction drawings, including floor plans, ceiling layouts, elevations, sections and cabinetry details.
