Job summary

Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive for the Integrity Section of the Quality, Safety & Health Department. You will ensure procurement complies with anti-corruption and integrity standards, provide assurance that procedures meet integrity requirements, and deliver training on integrity topics.

The role requires a law degree and at least four years in legal/compliance, with Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Degree in Law majoring in commercial / business law and approved by Malaysian Government.
• Minimum four (4) years working experience in legal and /or compliance or related field.
• Completion of a relevant compliance programme is preferable.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PBAPP complies with Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission requirements and integrity requirements.
• Provide assurance that Group procedures comply with integrity requirements.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on integrity matters.
• Instill a culture of integrity within the Group.
