Job summary

Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive for the Integrity Section of the Quality, Safety & Health Department. You will ensure procurement complies with anti-corruption and integrity standards, provide assurance that procedures meet integrity requirements, and deliver training on integrity topics.

The role requires a law degree and at least four years in legal/compliance, with Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Degree in Law majoring in commercial / business law and approved by Malaysian Government.
• Minimum four (4) years working experience in legal and /or compliance or related field.
• Completion of a relevant compliance programme is preferable.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure PBA Holdings Group of Companies complies with the requirements of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Act 2018 and relevant integrity requirements
• To ensure and provide assurance that the Group’s procedures complies with all the relevant integrity requirements
• To provide training and knowledge sharing on integrity related matters to the Group
• To ensure that a culture of integrity is instilled within the Group

Requirements:

• Degree in Law majoring in commercial / business law and approved by Malaysian Government
• Minimum four (4) years working experience in legal and /or compliance or any related field
• Completion of a relevant compliance programme is preferable
• Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position offered is contract for one ( 1 ) year prior to the absorption into permanent posts and subject to job performance.
