Our client is a large established transportation organisation, looking for Chief Integrity & Governance Officer based in KL.

Job Summary

Spearheadingthe department day-to-day operations that consist of integrity governance;training&education(integritystrengthening);complaintmanagement; and detection &verification (preliminary investigation) as well as to cultivate an integrityculture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Supervisesand coordinates in developing, strengthening, delivering and maintainingahighstandardofintegrityin the organisation.
• 2. Actasanindependentpartyonintegrityrelatedmattersandinternaldisclosures or wrongdoings of relevant stakeholders.
• 3. Responsiblefor complaint management (formal or informal) and detection & verificationprocess(preliminaryinvestigation)inregardtotheconductemployees (including Senior Management and Board of Directors);particularly when there is any violation of the company's policies &procedures and also the applicable laws.
• 4. SupervisesandprovidesguidancetotheIntegrityGovernanceDept.(IGD) personnel in drafting and administering the relevant policies& procedures.
• 5. Supervisesand analyzes all misconduct cases reported employeesandrelevantstakeholdersaswellastoinitiateonwardsplanas counter measures.
• 6. ReportsandrecommendstotheWhistleblowerCommittee(WBC)onhowto address the shortcomings encounteredduring the course of investigation (detection & verification) or based onthe audit findings.
• 7. ReportstotheAudit&RiskCommittee(ARC)andseniormanagementprogressively on the status of Integrity Plan implementation and OrganizationalAnti-Corruption Plan (OACP) as well as to report on performance of Anti-BriberyManagement System (ABMS) based on evaluation, measurement and analysis.
• 8. Support theimplementation of ISO 37001(ABMS) by participating in the Integrity programsorganized by the company as well as complying with the requirementsofanti-briberycontrolsthathaveincorporatedintothepolicies and procedures across theorganization.
• 9. ResponsibleforsubmissionofreportrelatedtoIGD'scorefunctionstotheMalaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) within the deadline.
• 10. Provide aproper guidance and effective trainings to IGD's employees to assistintheirdevelopmentwithsupportfromthePeople&Efficacy(P&E).

Requirements

• Degree in Management / Business Administration or its equivalent
• Min18 yearsofexperience and above,preferablyinanti-corruption enforcement
• High level of integrity and ethics coupled with investigative skills
