Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive to support the Integrity Unit in implementing the Integrity Management Framework, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring effective identification, assessment, and reporting of integrity issues across the organisation.

The role involves documentation, data analysis, training support, communication outreach, and monitoring of compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Certifications such as CeIO or CRP are advantageous.
• More than five years of relevant experience in integrity/compliance.
• Strong risk assessment and integrity knowledge.
• Proficiency in Malay and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and record keeping for integrity-related activities and training.
• Data collection and analysis to support audits and reviews.
• Assist in training and awareness program logistics and delivery.
• Draft and edit communication materials for internal campaigns.
• Monitor compliance and prepare reports for management review.
• Provide administrative support to the Integrity Unit.
• Participate in special projects and policy development.
• Engage in learning and development to enhance expertise.
