Job summary

Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive professional to drive integrity, governance, ethics and compliance across the organization. You will develop and implement key policies, manage integrity complaints, and support investigations of misconduct while coordinating risk assessments and awareness programmes for stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance or equivalent with ACCA/CIA/MACPA, strong communication, report writing abilities, English proficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting and Finance / professional qualification (ACCA, CIA or MACPA) or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good report writing skills and ability to generate high quality audit reports.
• Good command of English, computer literate and a team player.
• At least two (2) years' of working experience in internal or external auditing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support integrity, governance, ethics, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Develop, review, and implement integrity-related policies (Whistleblower, No-Gift, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption).
• Manage integrity complaints, conduct verification activities, and support investigations of misconduct cases.
• Conduct Bribery & Corruption Risk Assessments (BCRA) and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate and promote integrity awareness programmes, workshops, and campaigns for employees and stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and prepare reports for Management and governance committees.
