Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or manufacturing.
• At least 8 years of hands-on injection molding experience.
• Understand mold construction and plastic parts drawings with critical GD&T callouts.
• Proficient in molding simulation software such as Moldflow, Moldex3D etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Optimize injection parameters for dimensional stability and defect-free parts.
• Lead mold testing and mold trials, ensuring qualification of molds.
• Document mold testing procedures and uphold safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, planners and production to ensure smooth handover.
